Release Notes

MS.Internal.NamedObject and DependencyProperty.UnsetValue now both always cause converters to return DependencyProperty.UnsetValue instead of only when a PType is set.

Significantly expands the information offered by the RuntimeConvertException event type.

Adds a TokenizationSuccessEventArgs to the possible event types returned from the quick converter event on the equation tokenizer.

Exposes more properties on all tokens and adds FlattenTree() to all tokens (which returns a flat list of all tokens in the tree starting at that point).

Gives converters access to the standard converter parameter through the "$par" variable.

External converters on multibindings can now receive V0-V9 in array form in the converter parameter argument if the external converter parameter mode is set to "Values".

Adds ValueType to single and multi converters. This functions much like PType except on failure it returns Binding.DoNothing.

Adds a throw token which allows custom exceptions to be thrown from within converters. The syntax approximates that of C#.
